Important Information
Linens & Towels
Beds are freshly made for you upon arrival. One set of bath towels (two bath towels per adult/one per child, 1 hand towel, and 2 washcloths per person) and one pool towel per registered guest are provided. You are welcome to bring additional — remember there are 2 laundry rooms.
Age & ID Requirements
You must be at least 28 years old to rent. ID will be required upon lease signing and at in-person check-in. Contactless check-in is not available. Two adults are required to be named on the rental agreement. Reservations made on behalf of non-occupying guests or groups of minors are not permitted.
House Rules
No senior week, proms, or large non-family groups without prior arrangement. No pets. No smoking or vaping of any kind allowed.
Rental Terms
Rentals are Saturday to Saturday through summer. 3-night minimum for off-season rentals; extended Labor Day weekend and extended off-season rental available. The cleaning/linen fee is the same regardless of how many nights are rented.
Parking
There is one off-street spot in front of the house. Street parking is free on the blocks around the house.
Included Amenities
Beds made with included sheets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, iron, and hair dryer in each bathroom. Blender, toaster, coffee pot and filters, cooking utensils, and fully equipped kitchen. If you are looking for something specific, please inquire — we will reply ASAP.
Cleaning & Linen Fee
The $330 cleaning/linen fee is the same regardless of the length of your stay. Includes full professional cleaning plus fresh, laundered linens, towels, and bedding for every stay.
Pool
The pool is open from mid-April through mid-October. Renters will be asked to sign a swimming pool waiver and verify that all pool safety material was reviewed before check-in.
Storage
Bedrooms either have a dresser or bed frames that fit a suitcase underneath, a small dresser inside the closet, and a suitcase stand.
Off-Season
Fall, winter, and spring dates are available at a discounted rate — a beautiful time at the shore!
